Tips for a beautiful look:
Press delight gloLoose eyeshadow onto the entire lid with the base brush. With the angled eye brush, apply a light wash of charming over the eye from the lash line to the brow and then blend. Use the dual eyeliner/brow brush to apply charming to the lower lash line.
