Rosebud Lip Balm

These products are owned and formulated by the Rosebud Perfume Company, and are 100% made in the U.S.A. (The tins are manufactured by Ball Corporation, formerly U.S. Can in Baltimore, MD. They were made by Columbia Specialty before that, but that company was bought out by U.S. Can in the early 1970's. The salve itself is prepared and poured by Case Mason in Joppa, Maryland.) Rosebud salve and Tholene and the original formulas developed by G.F. Smith, although the Red Dye in Rosebud was changed due to new federal regulations in the mid 20th century.
