What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
For security reasons, glōskincare.com requires a password for signing into your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “I have forgotten my password (click here)”. You will be asked for your login e-mail address. Your password will be e-mailed to you within one hour.
Return Policy
What are your Exchange and Return Policies?
glo skincare accepts returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on cosmetics or fragrance.
If you are sent an incorrect item due to our error, contact us. We will ship the correct item immediately as well as dispatch UPS to pick up the incorrect item to be returned to us. In this case, please package the incorrect item in the original shipping box to ensure its safety.
If you ordered the wrong product, contact us. You are able to return this item (unopened, unused) and exchange it for the correct item. To do so, you must return this item at your own expense. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship the exchanged item. Shipping charges may apply when we ship the exchanged item.
If you had an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact us. We will accept the product back within 30 days of original purchase as long as 90% of the product is unused.
When shipping returns/exchanges back to glo skincare, please ship them in the box they were originally sent to you in, or a similar box. Please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. This does not keep products safe from damage.
Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges.
With questions about your order, returns or exchanges, please call the number on your receipt/packing slip.
Ordering Information
How will the credit card charge appear on my statement?
glōskincare orders will appear on your credit card statement as “gloretail”.
Can I order Gift Certificates on-line?
We do sell gift certificates in specific dollar increments or for a glo skincare treatment under the Gifts section of the website. Gift Certificates may only be redeemed in our store (glōskincare, Denver, CO) or when you place an order over the phone at 800.462.5790. If you would like to purchase a Gift Certificate and do not see the exact option you would like on the web, please call to place your order over the phone at 800.462.5790.
Why am I being charged tax on my order?
Our tax collection requirements for many states changed effective 1/1/2007. We may now be required to charge tax in your state even if we did not in the past. We value your business highly and hope to be of service to you many times in the future.
How will I know if my order has been received?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that it has been received. You may check on the status of your order as it goes from Received to Processing to Complete. glōskincare makes ordering as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Shipping Information
How will I know when my order has shipped?
glōskincare.com will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped, that includes your UPS tracking number – convenient for tracking your package all the way to your door!
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs?
Because we use UPS as our shipper, we are unable to ship to any PO Boxes. If you receive your mail and packages at an APO, and do not have an alternate physical address, please call us at 800.462.5790 to place your order.

International Orders
Do you ship outside of the United States?
There are gloprofessional distributors all over the world. Please review the list under Contact Us, International Ordering to find a distributor in your country before placing your order on our website. If there is a distributor in your country, glōskincare will not ship to you and your order will be cancelled.
I looked at your International page and you do ship to my country, what about taxes, duties and customs fees?
Customs policies vary from country to country. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. UPS can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees which are collected upon delivery. For more information, we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering. *Please note - If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, please understand that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the package to and from your location.
